If you are interested in becoming a member of our Sports Medicine Team, please follow the procedures listed:
1. E-Mail to Dustin Hill or Brad Anderson or send a letter to request information
2. Fill out application and write an essay.
3. Send two letters of recommendation (one from trainer/one from teacher).
4. Schedule a visit to meet staff and tour campus.
