Mean Green Women Defeat Ragin' Cajuns

The Mean Green (7-10, 2-3) snaps a three-game losing streak with the win, while the Ragin’ Cajuns fall to 5-11 and 1-4 in the Sun Belt. ULL leads the series, 12-11.
All five starters scored in double figures and Talicia Sanders came off the bench to contribute 10 points and nine rebounds. Amber Jackson led the Mean Green with 16 points, her fifth straight game in double figures. Erica Howard posted 15, and Jo Hall and Yari Escalera chipped in 10 points each. Escalera tied a career high with the 10 points. Brittney James was one rebound shy of a double-double with 13 points and nine rebounds.
