Dennis Pours In 24 Points In Mean Green Victory

The Mean Green improved to 18-9 and 9-7 in the Sun Belt.
Dennis scored 24 points in tonight’s win, hitting a career high six three-pointers. He went 9-for-12 from the field and 6-for-7 from three-point range. He scored 30 points in the 74-63 win against ASU in January.
Josh White joined him in the 20-point category with 23 points. Quincy Williams, Keith Wooden and Ben Bell all had great performances on Senior Night. Williams posted a double-double with 10 points and10 rebounds. Wooden scored 15 points, the most he has scored in a game since recording 17 points against

ASU opened the second half with a 37-27 run to cut the NT lead to one point, 52-51, with 10:02 left in the game. The Mean Green responded with a 21-12 run, which included eight points from Dennis. The Indians outscored the Mean Green, 14-9, in the final two minutes. All nine Mean Green points came from the free throw line.
