TXA21 Showing Tramiel & Mavs Summer League

DENTON, Texas - Former North Texas forward Eric Tramiel is suiting up for his first professional game this afternoon as the Dallas Maverick are taking on the Denver Nuggets in the NBA Summer League opener for both teams. The game tips at 2 p.m., and can be seen on TXA21 locally or on NBATV nationwide.
Tramiel starred for the Mean Green in each of the last two seasons, earning All-Sun Belt recognition in both campaigns and the 2010 Sun Belt Tournament MVP award after vaulting NT to the NCAA Tournament for the second time in four years.
The Shreveport, La., native will suit up against a pair of former Sun Belt players on the Denver roster. Brian Hamilton of Louisiana-Lafayette and Shane Edwards of UALR will be playing for the Nuggets.
The Mavericks will continue their NBA Summer League schedule tomorrow against the Houston Rockets at 8 p.m., and it can also be seen on TXA21 or NBATV.
