Touchdown Run In The Books

DENTON, Texas (8/21/10) - More than 200 runners competed in the second annual North Texas Touchdown Run on Saturday, August 21 at Fouts Field. Kolin Styles and Laura Nelson were the top men's and women's finishers in the 5K run.
Kolin Styles, age 23, won the overall race followed by Justin Paul and Mark Miller. Laura Nelson won the women's division, followed by Fiona Green and Jackie Vaughan.
The 5K race started at Fouts Field and winded through the University of North Texas campus. The North Texas athletic department is planning on running next year's race at the site of the new football stadium that is currently being built.
