Single-Game Tickets on Sale

Single-game tickets for North Texas' six home football games have gone on sale through the athletics ticket office and online at MeanGreenSports.com
Prices start at $20 for reserved seats and $10 for general admission for all four Sun Belt Conference games. Tickets for the 2010 home-opener against Rice on Sept. 11 can be purchased for $25 for a reserved seat or $10 for general admission. The final football game in Fouts Field will be held Nov. 27 against Kansas State. Fouts Field Finale tickets can be purchased for $35 in reserved sections and $15 for general admission.
The North Texas ticket office also has season tickets and three-game mini-plans currently on sale through the same outlets or by calling 940-565-2527.
The North Texas athletics department will celebrate the Fouts Field Finale with special recognition of a different decade for each home game during the 2010 season. The home-opener against Rice will feature great teams and players from the decade of 2000-2009. Players from the 1990's will be recognized on Oct. 2 in a game vs. Louisiana-Lafayette and players from the 1980's will be honored on Oct. 9 vs. Arkansas State. On Oct. 16 players from the 1970's will be recognized in a game against Florida International. Mean Joe Greene and some of his teammates from the 1960's will be honored Nov. 6 versus Troy and finally the 1950's will be celebrated against Kansas State on Nov. 27.
North Texas will begin the 2010 season at Clemson on Sept. 4.
