SBC Network Picks Up WKU Game, Kickoff At 6

DENTON, Texas - The North Texas football game with Western Kentucky on November 19 has been selected as the Sun Belt Network's "wild card" game to be broadcast at 6 p.m. from Apogee Stadium. The kickoff, originally scheduled for 3 p.m., will now be at 6 p.m.
The game will feature two of the best running backs in the nation in the Mean Green's Lance Dunbar and Hilltoppers Bobby Rainey. The two backs rank second and third in the nation in career rushing yards as Dunbar has 3,871 and Rainey 4,016.
It will be the third time this season that North Texas has appeared on the Sun Belt Network and the eighth time the Mean Green has appeared on TV this season. The Mean Green game at Troy this week will be broadcast by the Sun Belt Network starting at 12 p.m.
