Free Johnny Jones Hoops Clinic On Dec. 17

DENTON, Texas – Wanna learn how to dribble and shoot like the North Texas basketball team? Here's your chance! Mean Green head coach Johnny Jones will host a free youth basketball clinic on Saturday, December 17 from 9-11 a.m. at the Physical Education Building on the North Texas campus.
All participants will receive a voucher redeemable for complimentary admission to a future North Texas game, and a complimentary backpack. The first 300 participants to register beginning at 8:30 a.m. on the morning of Dec. 17th will receive a free t-shirt (quantities and sizes as available).
All youth basketball participants sixth grade and under are encouraged to attend. Participants will have an opportunity to learn skills and practice techniques from Mean Green Coaches and players.Youth coaches and parents are also encouraged to attend.

North Texas basketball returns to the Super Pit for home events on December 18th, 20th, 22nd, 27th, 29th and 31st, and the women host games on the 28th and the 31st. The holiday schedule is highlighted with a home game vs. LSU on Dec 22nd. Single game ticketing options start at $7 for men’s events and $4 for women’s.
