Weather Halts Doubleheader At UALR

DENTON, Texas - Due to the inclement weather affecting the DFW and Little Rock areas, Thursday's North Texas basketball doubleheader at UALR has been rescheduled.

UALR, North Texas and the Sun Belt Conference are exploring the rescheduling possibilities and have narrowed the date to either Feb. 28 or March 1. In both scenarios the women would tip at 5:15 p.m. followed by the men at 7:30 p.m.

Check back with meangreensports.com in the coming days for the official reschedule date.

While the NT women have this weekend off, the North Texas men will travel to Western Kentucky for a Saturday matchup on ESPN2 at 3 p.m. The Mean Green and the Hilltoppers are responsible for the last four Sun Belt titles.
