Green Gang: 100 days, 100 Moments

With the new Mean Green Football Stadium on the verge of being complete, we are about to enter the "100-day countdown" until the first game in the stadium. Starting tomorrow here on MeanGreenSports.com, we are going to have a countdown until the opening of the stadium. It's called "100 days, 100 football moments."
We start at 100 and the countdown takes us all the way to No. 1, the day before the stadium opens on Sept. 9 against Houston.
The countdown isn't a top 100 greatest all-time list, but a mix and match of great numbers, moments, and players in school history. You will great names such as Joe Greene and his No. 75, Patrick Cobbs, NCAA records, great plays, great moments, coaches, and much more all leading to No. 1, the day before the stadium opens on Sept. 10 against Houston.
We start tomorrow with No. 100, and continue every day. So check back every day for another new moment as we celebrate the great past of North Texas football leading into a new era starting on Sept. 10. It can also be found via the social media route at twitter.com/mgstadium
