Eight Board Performance For Mitchell Vs China

Latvia - North Texas forward Tony Mitchell saw a tournament-high 21 minutes at the U19 World Championships and used it to grab eight boards and block two shots in USA Basketball’s 82-66 win over China on Saturday.
The Dallas Pinkston product entered the game shooting 58 percent from the floor for the tournament, but went 0-4 against China (0-3). With the win the US (3-0) sealed the top seed in Group D.
