Third Annual Touchdown Run Is In The Books

DENTON, Texas (8/14/11) - More than 200 runners competed in the third annual Touchdown Run on Sunday morning at Apogee Stadium. The 2011 5-K race started and ended on the 50-yard line of the new football stadium.
Dalton Raley was the first runner to cross the finish line, finishing in 16:16. Bryce Perry was the first female finisher with a time of 18:58.Troy Pickett and Laurie Underwood were the top male and female finishers in the master's age group.
Jacob and Jensen Pagel were among the youngest runners, winning the 10 and under division, while Bill Blackburn won the 70-plus age group on the men's side.
