Men's Basketball Walk-On Tryouts Oct. 12

DENTON, Texas (9/27/11) - Think you can cut it on the North Texas men's basketball team? The team will be holding walk-on tryouts on Oct. 12 at the Super Pit at 4:30 p.m.
Anyone interested must be a full-time student and must bring their own equipment and proof of insurance to the tryout. All participants must also have passed a physical, completed the walk on tryout form and have a minimum 2.25 GPA.

North Texas, winners of at least 20 games in each of the last five years, opens its season on Nov. 11 against St. Gregory’s at the Super Pit.
