Feldt is rated as the No. 10 center by ESPN and the No. 17 center in the nation by Rivals.com in addition to being a three-star recruit....He is a two-time first-team all-district selection and was named to the Austin American Statesman 2011 All-Centex First Team.... Played in the 2012 International Bowl All-Star Game ....He was an AP Class 3A First-Team All-State selection as a junior and named to the District 9-3A First Team at Pilot Point his junior season...Feldt was a Class 2A All-State selection and a member of the Pilot Point team that went 15-0 and captured the state title in 2009. ...He is the brother of North Texas offensive lineman Cam Feldt and his father played offensive line at Texas Tech.
