TOURNAMENT DETAILS
The 2012 Sun Belt Conference Basketball Championships will take place March 3-6 in Hot Springs, Arkansas. This year's tournament features 12 women's teams and 11 men's teams (the Louisiana-Monroe men's team is not eligible to participate this year) vying for the Sun Belt's automatic bids to the NCAA Tournament.
Men's and women's first-round and quarterfinal games will take place at Summitt Arena and Hot Springs Convention Center, and all semifinals and finals will be played at Summitt Arena.
TICKETS AND ACCOMODATIONS
A tournament package includes tickets to every tournament game and seating behind the team bench during North Texas games is just $90. For the best pricing and reserved seating, purchase your tickets through the North Texas Athletic Ticket Office online or by calling 940-565-2527 or 1-800-UNT-2366.

LIVE FROM HOT SPRINGS
MeanGreenSports.com's staff will be filing reports throughout the tournament, and links will be posted here. We'll have game previews and game reports, videos from in and around the tournament venues, and man on the street specials. We're also on Facebook with photos from all over Hot Springs.
HOT HOOPS IN HOT SPRINGS HEADQUARTERS
Mean Green Nation pre- & post-game gatherings will take place at Lucky's Bar & Grill, with specials including Mean Green Margaritas and Green Pride Beer.
North Texas basketball coaches Karen Aston and Johnny Jones will also do their pre-tournament radio shows live from Lucky's beginning at 8 p.m. on Friday, March 2.
Lucky's Bar & Grill is located at 711 Central Ave in Hot Springs.
RADIO AND TELEVISION LISTINGS
All of the North Texas men's and women's games will be carried on radio by KNTU 88.1 and 100.7 The Word.
ESPN3 will televise two of the men's and women's quarterfinal games on March 4, all of the seminfinals on March 5 and the championship games on March 6. The women's championship game will also be broadcast on ESPNU and the men's title game will be shown on ESPN2. All games will be shown on the Internet via SunBeltSports.Org for a fee.
