Make Reservations For Homecoming Tailgate On Nov. 9

DENTON, Texas - Reservations for the annual Homecoming Tailgate, which will take place at Victory Plaza south of Apogee Stadium prior to the homecoming football game, are now being taken by the North Texas Athletic Ticket Office.
This year's homecoming will take place Nov. 4-9. The Homecoming Tailgate will be on Saturday, Nov. 9, beginning at 11:30 a.m. and concluding thirty minutes prior to kickoff of the North Texas game against Texas-El Paso, a Conference USA tilt between in-state rivals that have not met since 1980, at Apogee Stadium at 2:30 p.m.
This year, North Texas is offering three Tent and Ticket Packages, each of which include a tent, tables, chairs and tickets to the game. Tailgaters can bring their own food or have their tailgate catered by one of seven preferred caterers.
The Homecoming Tailgate will take place in Victory Plaza, which is a grassy area south of Apogee Stadium and the Victory Hall dormitory. Tent locations will be determined by school, college, department, alumni, and student organization, but groups may request a specific location within Victory Plaza at the time they order their package.
