Mean Green Defense Hitting Hard This Spring

The North Texas defense has undergone a transformation as new defensive coordinator Chris Cosh has brought a new style and energy to the unit. Coach Cosh has been spending the spring getting to know some of his players and their tendencies, and one of those is middle linebacker Blake Bean.
Bean had to sit out last season after transferring from Buffalo, but he has high hopes for his senior season and is using the spring to try and win a starting spot.
