DENTON -- North Texas student-athletes were treated to a special screening of Eddie The Eagle on Tuesday night at Movie Tavern Denton.
Inspired by true events, Eddie The Eagle is a feel-good story about Michael "Eddie" Edwards, an unlikely but courageous British ski-jumper who never stopped believing in himself - even as an entire nation was counting him out. The film, starring Taron Egerton and Hugh Jackman, hits theaters on Friday, Feb. 26.
Maaaaaan say #FlyLikeEddie 👏👏👏 life in a movie !!! My life in a movie.. Laugh, smiled, and even got a lil teary eyed!! Very inspirational 🙌
