Jan. 18, 2018 DENTON - MeanGreenSports.com sat down with sophomore point guard Ryan Woolridge to discuss his transformation into a leader under first-year head coach Grant McCasland.
Woolridge is second on the team in scoring at 12.5 points per game and is averaging 5.3 assists per game, which is fourth best in Conference USA. Woolridge has played six 40-minute games and competed for 45 minutes in an overtime win at San Diego on Dec. 21. Woolridge ranks fifth in the C-USA in minutes played and is 68th nationally.
