Mean Green To Host Pro Day Friday

DENTON - The North Texas football program will host several professional scouts Friday afternoon at Apogee Stadium for Pro Day. Ten former Mean Green players have the opportunity to audition for representatives from an anticipated 20-30 National Football League teams.
The following players will be participating in a day that includes physical measurements, the Wonderlic test, bench press, 40-yard dash, the shuttle and cone drills, as well as position specific on-field drills.

Running back Jeffery Wilson also participated at the NFL Combine in late February/early March in Indianapolis, where he met with several team representatives, and also registered 15 reps in the bench press. He did not run the 40-yard dash or participate in any on-field drills, which he will do Friday.
