DENTON -Â He's the greatest of all-time and the only Mean Green Football player to wear the No. 75 in the last 50 years. Until this week. For one day only, the iconic Joe Greene jersey is coming out of retirement. Catch the throwback look in person, Saturday night at Apogee Stadium, as we celebrate Joe with the unveiling of his statue, as well as the groundbreaking ceremony for the new indoor practice facility. North Texas takes on Louisiana Tech to open Conference USA play at 6:30 p.m. CT from Apogee Stadium.
