Volleyball Enters C-USA Tournament As #3 Seed

DENTON – North Texas volleyball wrapped the regular season with a five-set win (25-20, 25-17, 23-25, 17-25, 15-8) over UTSA on Saturday, and will face the Roadrunners in the first round of the Conference USA Volleyball Championship on Friday, November 22 at 7 p.m.
North Texas enters the tournament as the #3 seed behind regular season champions WKU, and #2 Rice. Rice hosts this season's tournament.
Friday's match will be the first meeting between UTSA and North Texas in the conference tournament since Nov. 18, 2017, a 3-1 win for North Texas in Bowling Green, which sent the Mean Green to the title game for the first time in program history. The winner of Friday's quarterfinal will face the winner of #2 Rice and #7 UTEP at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. All games are streaming on ESPN+.
