DENTON — On March 1, 2020, a year ago from Monday, the North Texas men's basketball team beat Western Kentucky 78-72 to clinch the 2020 Conference USA regular season championship.
The program's first regular season league title in 31 years and a program-record 14 league wins in a single season.
A lot has changed in the last year but the 2019-20 UNT men's basketball team will forever be champions.
