Saturday's Football Practice Open to the Public

DENTON – The Mean Green football program will host an open practice on Saturday, March 27 at noon. The practice, taking place at Apogee Stadium, will be the public's first opportunity to get a glimpse of the 2021 team.
The Mean Green Scholarship Fund will open suites and the Hub Club for Saturday's practice. Passes will be required to enter the hub club and suite level. Donors and season-ticket holders who qualify will receive an email with instructions and a pass for entry. Limited food and beverage options, as well as a cash bar will be available for donors to purchase on the club level.
Fans are encouraged to park in the Blue Lot and enter through Gate 2, 3 or 4. Gates will open at 11 a.m.
Limited concessions will be available for fans to purchase on the press box side of Apogee Stadium. The Fan Shop will also be open for fans looking to buy the latest Mean Green apparel.
University COVID-19 protocols will be enforced at Saturday's practice. Fans will be asked to practice social distancing within Apogee Stadium, and masks are required to be worn unless eating or drinking.
Mean Green football will begin their season at home on September 4 against Northwestern State. North Texas will also host UAB, Marshall, Liberty, UTEP and UTSA and will have away games against SMU, Louisiana Tech, Missouri, Rice, Southern Miss and FIU. 2021 season ticket renewals are still ongoing. Prices are unchanged from previous seasons and will remain as low as $70. Multiple payment plan options are available for season-ticket renewals. Various parking options and chair backs are also available as additions. Season ticket renewal invoices are based on ticket holders' seat locations from the 2019 season. The ticket office near Gate 2 will be open throughout practice for fans to renew or purchase their 2021 Mean Green football season tickets.
