Volleyball to face No. 18 WKU in C-USA Tournament

HATTIESBURG, MS -- The North Texas volleyball team will open up the 2020-21 Conference USA Volleyball Championship with a quarterfinal matchup against No. 18 Western Kentucky on Thursday, April 1 at 12 p.m. The entire tournament will be hosted by Southern Miss at its brand new Wellness Center/Volleyball Facility.

All matches at the 2020-21 C-USA Championship will be broadcasted on ESPN+.

The 2020-21 Conference USA Championship features eight teams from the 14-member league. This season, C-USA split up the conference in an East and West Division. The top four teams in each division advanced to the C-USA Tournament.

The Mean Green finished fourth in the West Division after rattling off four consecutive league wins to conclude the season. The Hilltoppers, who are a perfect 18-0 and have only lost two sets all season, are the top seed in the East Division.

The semifinal matches will take place on Friday, April 2 at 12 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. The championship final will be on Saturday, April 3 at 12 p.m.
