Swim & Dive Traveling to UIW Dual

DENTON - The Mean Green swimming and diving team continues its fall schedule as it will face UIW in a dual on Friday in San Antonio.
The team had a successful showing in a swing through New Mexico when it competed against New Mexico and New Mexico State, and the divers competed alone last week at Houston, but now they are back together as a full squad.
"We are looking forward to heading to San Antonio as a team this weekend," head coach Brittany Roth said. "We are completing our second training cycle week, and I've been impressed with the team's work ethic they've demonstrated in training. Our divers had a good meet in Houston, and it will be nice to have the whole team competing together again. Our swimmers and divers showed a lot of resilience and patience in their efforts in New Mexico. I'm looking forward to watching the athletes continue their progression this season, and continue to compete together as a team."
Diving will start at 10:45 a.m. on Friday, and the swimming events will kick off at 11:20 a.m.
