UNT looking to stop two-game losing skid
DENTON, Texas (Jan. 25, 2023) - After a pair of narrow losses last weekend, UNT returns to the court Thursday when they travel to San Antonio to take on UTSA looking to move up in the C-USA standings.
It will be the 34th all-time meeting between UNT and UTSA in a series that dates back to the 1981-82 season. The Mean Green hold a 22-11 all-time advantage in the series and are currently on a six-game win streak against the Roadrunners.
UTSA is 4-14 overall this season and currently hold a 2-7 record in C-USA contests. The Roadrunners have been better than their record indicates as 11 of their 14 losses have come by eight points or less, including a narrow three-point loss on the road against FIU last Saturday.
