Mean Green Open AAC Play at Charlotte

DENTON, Texas – The UNT women's basketball team begins its first season of conference play in the American Athletic Conference on the road at Charlotte Saturday at 3 p.m. CT inside Halton Arena.
The Mean Green put together a 10-2 record in nonconference play, which included an eight-game win streak that tied the longest in program history. They currently sit atop the AAC standings heading into the conference schedule after being projected to finish 12th of 14th in the preseason poll.
Saturday's game will be streamed on ESPN+ with Bobby Rosinski and Stephen Giles on the call. It can also be heard on the Varsity Sports Network app with Zac Babb.
