Perry Voted To 2023 C-USA All-Tournament Team

FRISCO — The 2023 Conference USA Player of the Year, Tylor Perry was voted to the league's all-tournament team on Saturday.
Perry, who was also a first team all-conference honoree this season, led the Mean Green to the semifinals of the 2023 tournament by averaging 13.5 points per game and scored a team-high 17 points in the semifinal round.
In his two seasons at North Texas, Perry has been named the league's sixth man of the year, the league's player of the year, twice been voted first team all-conference and now voted to the league's all-tournament team. Earlier this season he was voted to the all-tournament team of the 2022 Baha Mar Nassau Championship over Thanksgiving in the Bahamas and was voted the Most Valuable Player of both the 2022 Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame Classic on Dec. 17 and the 2022 Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame Jerry Colangelo Classic on Dec. 10.
Perry for a second straight season led UNT to set the single season program record for wins. UNT will find out Sunday night what its 2023 NCAA postseason outlook will be.
