Tan, Pal Card Top-10s at Texas Women's Open

GUNTER, Texas - Two recent alumni and four current members of the UNT women's golf program competed this week at the Texas Women's Open at The Bridges Golf Club, and two of them carded top-10 finishes as Audrey Tan finished T5 at 2-under par and Shreya Pal, who just completed her junior season, finished T10 at even-par.
Tan and Pal were followed up by sophomore Chandler Browning, who tied for 26th at 6-over, spring graduate Patricia Sinolungan, who tied for 32nd at 8-over, and Ellie Roth, who just completed her junior year, finished T39 at 9-over. Mason Lewis, who just completed her freshman season, also competed but missed the Thursday cut line by one shot.
Tan just completed her UNT career in the spring and ended up as the greatest player in program history and holder of several program records, including career stroke average, season stroke average, lowest career 54-hole score and career birdies.
