Women's Golf Earns Conference Academic Award

DALLAS - The UNT women's golf team finished off its time in Conference USA competition with a third straight conference championship back in April, and on Wednesday, the league announced the program earned the highest team GPA in the conference and won the conference Academic Award for women's golf.
The team posted a 3.903 team GPA and had six of its nine members earn 4.0s in the spring semester: Chandler Browning, Mallorie Luitwieler, Shreya Pal, Emilie Ricaud, Sakura Sugiyama and Audrey Tan. Three team members earned 4.0s in the Fall 2022 semester.
The program will look to continue its three-year run of championships in a new conference, as UNT will make the jump to The American on July 1.
