DENTON, Texas – UNT closes a brief two-match homestand versus Stephen F. Austin on Wednesday at 6 p.m. in the North Texas Volleyball Center. The match will be streamed on ESPN+.
The Mean Green (4-3) defeated Texas Tech in five sets on Monday and hopes to continue its momentum against the Ladyjacks (5-1) on Wednesday.
Treyaunna Rush led North Texas with 16 kills for her seventh-consecutive match with double-digit kills versus the Red Raiders.
Aleeyah Galderia tallied her second consecutive double-double with 19 digs and 10 assists while Ceci Harness set the pace with 28 assists and 13 digs for her third consecutive double-double.
UNT holds a 5-1 mark at home against SFA since 2009 but trails the all-time series 21-27. The two programs met last season in Nacogdoches with the Mean Green falling in four sets to the Ladyjacks.
