Women's Golf Ties For Fifth At The Bruzzy

ARDMORE, Okla. - The UNT women's golf team tied for fifth at The Bruzzy at Dornick Hills Golf & Country Club on Sunday to wrap up its final tournament before the American Athletic Conference Championships in two weeks.
Freshman Bouquet Subsomboon led the way for the Mean Green over the two-day event with a 6-over finish to tie for 14th individually, followed closely by senior Emilie Ricaud, who finished 18th at 7-over par.
UNT, ranked 44th nationally, did score a victory over No. 28 Purdue, as the regular season nears its end.
The Mean Green will have one final tuneup next week at the OU Match Play event in Norman, Oklahoma, before the conference championship in Brooksville, Florida, on April 15-17.
