DENTON, Texas – UNT women's basketball head coach Jason Burton announced the signing of three high school prospects during the early signing period on Wednesday.
The class includes in-state signees Bralyah Miller from Tyler and Lubbock native Arianna Johnson, while Kyndal Graham comes from Shreveport, Louisiana.
"We are extremely excited to bring these three young women into our program," Burton said. "Recruiting winners is something we will always put a premium on because you're recruiting players that know what it takes to win. That is something that these young women have in common."
Bralyah Miller I Guard I Tyler, Texas I Dallas Lincoln High School
Originally from Tyler, Texas, Bralyah Miller transferred to Dallas Lincoln High School after spending three seasons dominating East Texas in a successful Tyler High School program that won 31 straight district games and back-to-back district titles.
The 5'10" wing scored over 1,500 points during her career at Tyler HS. She was an All-Rose County selection in some fashion in each of her three seasons, earning a spot on the all-newcomer team as a freshman and first team honors as a sophomore and junior. Miller was also a two-time TGCA all-state selection in her last two seasons and was named the District 5A-10 Co-Offensive Player of the Year in 2025 after being the Co-MVP in 2024.
In addition, Miller's success extended into the classroom where she was an academic all-district honoree in 2025.
She chose UNT over offers from Little Rock, Texas State, Old Dominion and others.
Quoting head coach Jason Burton:
"Bralyah is a big guard that brings versatility to our team. She is someone that will play a lot of wing for us in her career, but can slide to the point or forward spot if necessary because of her size and physicality. She's a talented scorer that also gets it done on the defensive end with the ability to guard multiple positions."
Arianna Johnson I Forward I Lubbock, Texas I Monterey High School
A 6'4" forward from Lubbock, Arianna Johnson has experienced the highest of highs in high school as part of Monterey's state championship team in 2025. She played a large role in capturing the Lady Pirate's first state title, averaging 11.9 points, 8.3 rebounds and 3.4 blocks per game as a junior that earned her first team all-district accolades.
Johnson was a dominant force in the paint in the state finals, posting 12 points, nine rebounds and five blocks in Monterey's 64-35 victory over Liberty Hill.
She is also a standout volleyball player who holds the school record in career blocks during the rally-scoring era.
She chose UNT over offers from Wichita State, Liberty, UTEP, South Alabama and others.
Quoting head coach Jason Burton:
"Arianna is a 2025 state champion that brings size and a winning mentality to our front court. Her length and athleticism will be key with players like Megan Nestor and Tionna Lidge leaving the program after this year. She's a big-time defender who has a high motor for rebounding on both ends of the floor. She will be a double-double candidate in the future for the Mean Green."
Kyndal Graham I Guard I Shreveport, La. I Huntington High School
The signing of Kyndal Graham makes it consecutive seasons the Mean Green have taken a top-ranked guard out of Louisiana after signing Cherie Spencer last cycle.
Graham is ranked the No. 3 player in the class by Louisiana Basketball Rankings and has been near the top since her freshman season.
The 5-6 guard has been an all-state honoree in each of her three completed prep seasons, including a first-team selection by the Louisiana Sports Writers Association in 2024. Her other accolades include being a second-team selection after averaging 21 points per game as a freshman and an honorable mention all-state selection in 2025 after Huntington moved up to Class 5A.
In her junior season, she led to the program's first state championship, defeating Woodlawn-Baton Rouge 61-51 in the LHSAA Select Division I finals.
One of the elite prep scorers in the state, Graham surpassed 1,000 career points halfway through her sophomore season. She chose UNT over offers from ULM, Charleston and others.
Quoting head coach Jason Burton:
"Kyndal is another elite point guard from Louisiana and one of the best Louisiana players in the 2026 class. A 2025 state champion, she brings toughness, elite defense and is a three-level scorer. Kyndal knows how to lead a championship team and is not afraid of the big moments."
