Coach Kee on Miller: "We are very happy that Lauren decided to be a part of our Mean Green family. Adding a strong athletic student-athlete to first base who has the ability to hit for power and average will indeed benefit us for years to come. Her desire to push herself on the field and competitiveness will fit nicely into our system. Her focus and drive in her academic pursuits compliments our athletic department's goal of bringing in quality student-athletes who will represent the university at its highest levels."
Why Lauren chose North Texas: "To me, North Texas just felt like home. I am so excited to represent the Mean Green and pursue a successful career in Denton as a student athlete."
