Alvin Kenworthy joined the North Texas football staff in 2020. He currently serves as a graduate assistant.
A native of Rowlett, Kenworthy was a graduate assistant on defense in 2021-22 working with the linebackers and defensive line. In 2021, he was part of the defensive staff that led the second-biggest improvement in FBS.
In his role as a graduate assistant, Kenworthy was responsible for all opponent breakdowns and cutups while coaching the offensive scout team.
During the 2020 season, Kenworthy worked as a volunteer coach with the specialists.
He lettered as a punter at North Texas from 2017-19 before completing his degree in 2020. Kenworthy was voted a team captain as a senior.
