2002: Missed nine consecutive matches from Sept. 13-29 due to ankle injury suffered in practice after the Arkansas Tournament (Sept. 6-7), but came back to compete in 10 of the last 15 matches . . . Recorded double-figure kills seven times, including three of the last four matches . . . Smashed a season-high 22 kills against Southern Mississippi in the Arkansas Tournament . . . Finished with 170 kills, giving her 694 for her career and leaving her with the ninth highest total in school history . . . Registered at least 10 digs in 10 matches and completed the season with 181 digs to her credit, which gives her 659 for her career and leaves her just four more digs shy of taking over the No. 10 spot at North Texas . . . Despite playing just 64 games, piled up five double-double's.
2001: Had a breakout season while starting every match and playing in 121 of a possible 124 games . . Drastically improved her numbers over her freshman year, more than tripling her total kills and digs from her freshman season . . . Also bettered her assists total (from 17 her freshman season to 33 last year) and service aces (from nine in 2000 to 32 in 2001 . . . Was named Sun Belt Conference Player of the Week on Sept. 3 . . . Named to the Sam Houston State All-Tournament Team . . . Finished season with 433 kills, which is the fourth most in school history for a single season . . . Collected the third most digs in school history with 359 . . . Her 53.58 kills per game ranked ninth in the Sun Belt Conference and her 2.97 digs per game placed her fifth in the league . . . Tallied 18 double-doubles, including the last 10 matches in a row, which tied Corina Marginas for the most on the team . . . Recorded 20-plus kills four times and 10 or more kills in 24 matches . . . Recorded a career-high 25 kills against Sam Houston State on Sept. 1 . . . Collected at least 20 digs four times and 10 or more in 19 outings . . . Finished the SMU match on Nov. 6 with a career-best 23 digs . . . Had career-high four service aces against Prairie View A&M on Sept. 7 . . . Recorded her only double-double of the season against New Orleans on Oct. 8 with career-high 10 kills and 16 digs . . . Tallied 5-plus kills in 10 matches and 10-plus digs in three matches . . .
