Joseph Gomez joined UNT as an Assistant Director of Creative in August 2025.
He arrives in Denton after spending a year working in the New Mexico State athletic department as a marketing graduate assistant. In his role, Gomez was a part of the marketing and promotional efforts for all 16 sports, while specializing in digital content creation and graphic design. He was also working as a creative content and social media intern for the Missoula Paddleheads in the summer of 2025.
Gomez earned his bachelor's degree in business administration and his master's of business administration from New Mexico State.
