Molly Slowick joined the Mean Green as the Director of Compliance in March 2025. In her current role she assists with all day-to-day responsibilities of the compliance office.

Prior to the Mean Green, Molly was at The University of Texas at Dallas as the Assistant Athletics Director of Compliance, where she was responsible for all day-to-day compliance responsibilities and assisted in their transition to NCAA Division II.

Prior to The University of Texas at Dallas, she spent two years with Texas Tech Compliance, starting as a graduate assistant before transitioning to Assistant Director of Compliance.

Molly received her Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University in December 2022 studying Kinesiology and finished her Master of Sport Management degree from Colorado State University in May 2024.
