Hutyra Named Sun Belt Conference Player Of The Week

DENTON, Tex. (10/3/06) Following a dominating performance over the weekend, North Texas junior forward Heather Hutyra was named the soccer Player of the Week by the Sun Belt Conference.
Hutyra had four goals and nine points in two games this weekend. She notched her seventh and eighth career multi-goal games against Florida International and Florida Atlantic.
She had two goals in the win over FIU on five shots and equaled that performance against FAU with two goals, an assist, and five shots. Hutyra notched back-to-back multi-goal performances for just the third time in her career.
In her last three games she has notched five goals, 11 points, two game-winning goals, and 17 shots. She has climbed to fourth all-time at
