North Texas Tennis holds two spots in Invitational finals

The Mean Green doubles match was played by Ashley Aikn and Idalina Franca where they had an 8-5 victory over UTA opponents, Sofia Lifanova and Sara Pesic.
“It was another great day of learning,” said coach Sujay Lama. “We had some tough battles where we won some and lost some. What I liked about the teams was, they fought hard and focused on the game. I was happy to see Kasarova and a doubles pair make it to the finals. I was happy with what I have seen so far and hope to finish with a bang tomorrow.”
Mean Green finished off the day with Narine Kasarova having an individual victory of 6-1, 6-0 over teammate, Amy Joubert.
