DENTON, Texas (8/14/09) - Smile, it's picture day in the Mean Green Village! Stephen Howard and Kenny Bybee give you a behind the scenes look at the soccer and volleyball squads on picture day and through their first days of practice.

We also caught up with soccer coach John Hedlund on the verge of his 200^th win at North Texas, as well as the department's newest assistant, volleyball coach and former Mean Green standout Jessica Hulsebosch.

Both teams are gearing up for their first action of '09. The soccer team opens the season against Sam Houston State on Friday, Aug. 28, and volleyball hosts the Mean Green Volleyball Classic on Aug. 28-29.
