Johnny Jones Quotes
"This was a big win for us. We got off to a great start and may have played our best game of the season from start to finish. I thought our second unit came in and picked up the defensive intensity and really changed the momentum of the game before giving way to our starters who them propelled us to an 18 point half time advantage. Overall our defensive effort was very good. It (the defense) allowed us to get out in the open floor and run and we got some fast break buckets."
The "D"
"We are continuing to improve. I thought we played with a sense of urgency tonight. Florida Atlantic was leading the league in offensive rebounds coming into this game and we limited them to seven boards offensively and 21 overall. That was big for us."
On Eric Tramiel
"Eric was able to take advantage of some opportunities tonight. He was frustrated after the Middle Tennessee game wherein he only played 17 minutes and scored two points due to foul trouble. We know that we are always going to get his best effort , he leaves it all out on the floor."
