DENTON, Texas - Stay tuned to CBS11 and TXA21 on Tuesday and Wednesday for a story about the North Texas basketball team's 15-game home win streak.

The Mean Green (13-3, 2-1 Sun Belt) currently ranks ninth in the nation with its 15-game home win streak, and is among program's like Kansas, Duke, Kentucky and Pittsburgh on the list.

North Texas puts that streak on the line on Thursday against Isiah Thomas and the FIU Golden Panthers at 7 p.m. FIU was one of just two squads to beat NT at home last season. Thomas, in his second season at FIU, is a Naismith Hall of Famer and a 12-time NBA All-Star.
