NT S&D Hosts SBC Championships In Rockwall

ROCKWALL, Texas - North Texas begins the SBC Swimming & Diving Championship on Wednesday, February 27, at the Rockwall Aquatics Center, hosted by North Texas.
All four SBC women's swim teams, UALR, FIU, Florida Atlantic and Western Kentucky, will be at the event that begins at 11 a.m. each day with the preliminaries. The finals for each day will take place at 6:30 p.m.
The Mean Green holds several of the fastest times in the conference going into the event. Sophomore Krista Rossum's 23.21 on the 50 free and 1:01.66 on the 100 breast.
NT's relay teams for the 200, 400, 800 and 400 medley hold the top conference times as well.
Junior divers Catherine Johnson and Rebecca Taylor combined for three SBC Diver of the Week awards this season and will lead the Mean Green diving attack.
