NORFOLK, Va. - For the 14th-consecutive year, the North Texas swimming and diving team was recognized by the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) for its academic achievement in the spring semester.
The Mean Green were one of 710 teams representing 476 institutions, which achieved a grade-point average of 3.0 or higher during the spring semester to earn Scholar All-America team honors. North Texas posted a 3.36 combined GPA.
The swimming and diving program placed 20 student-athletes on the Conference USA Commissioner’s Honor Roll List for earning a 3.0 GPA or higher, while four went on to earn Commissioner’s Academic Medals for having a GPA of 3.75 or higher.
