Forslund Named All-America Scholar

NORMAN, Okla. - North Texas junior Viktor Forslund was chosen as a Early Wave Srixon/Cleveland Golf All-America Scholar as one of 376 Division I golfers to earn the accolade.
The criteria for the award include being a sophomore, junior or senior, posting a scoring average of 76 or better and a cumulative career GPA of 3.2 or better. They also must compete in at least 40% of their team's competitive rounds.
Forslund led the Mean Green in the pandemic-shortened season, as he competed in all seven events with the Mean Green and had a team-best scoring average of 73.
