First UNT athlete to earn award twice in a season
DENTON, Texas — North Texas diver Saylor Hawkins has been named Conference USA Diver of the week for the second time in three weeks, the conference office announced Wednesday.

She is the first UNT diver to win the award twice in a season since joining Conference USA and the first to win a conference weekly award twice in a single season since Catherine Johnson in 2012-13.
This is the fifth diver of the week award for the Mean Green during head coach Brittany Roth's tenure and the second for diving coach Stephanie O'Callaghan.Â
