MBB matchup with UTSA still on as Scheduled

Weather and roads expected to improve
DENTON, Texas – Warmer weather and improved conditions are expected to arrive in time for the scheduled UNT Men's Basketball matchup with UTSA set for Saturday at 5 pm CT inside the Super Pit.

Tickets can be purchased at www.meangreensports.com/tickets. A special 'Texas Two-Step' offer for the UTSA and UTEP games is also available that includes tickets for both games for the price of one. Reserved are $10 and general admission are $5.
The Mean Green are riding a seven-game winning streak and have won 13 of their last 14 games. They made a 17-point second half comeback to defeat Louisiana Tech, 63-62, on the road last Saturday and extend the streak.
Following Saturday's matchup, UNT will turn around and host UTEP Monday at 7 pm at the Super Pit. Both the UTSA and UTEP games will be broadcast on ESPN+.
Due to re-scheduled games on Monday for both the UNT men's and women's basketball teams, there will be no Mean Green Basketball Hour radio show. The show will resume on Monday, Feb. 14, at 12 pm live from Rudy's BBQ in Denton.
