Men Open Up Play at Aggie Invitational

BRYAN, Texas - The North Texas men's golf team opened up play on Saturday at the Aggie Invitational and finished just shy of two complete rounds before darkness suspended play at roughly 8 p.m.
The Mean Green are 28-over par and tied for sixth place with just a few holes to play in the second round - two shots up on Kent State and tied with No. 40 Louisville. The Mean Green are four shots up on No. 43 Little Rock. Louisville completed two full rounds on Saturday, while Kent State and Little Rock are still a few holes away from completing 36 holes along with three other teams.
The Mean Green were led by Vicente Marzilio, who is tied for 16th with two holes left to play in the second round upon play resuming Sunday morning before the final round begins. Tucker Allen is tied for 26th with three holes remaining, and Diego Prone is tied for 34th after completing his full 36 holes.
